Joined Wellness Counseling Center Hawai‘i in Honolulu and Kailua, where I began specializing in anxiety, trauma, and couples work. In this role, I’ve deepened my ability to support clients facing high levels of stress, complex trauma histories, and relationship strain. Alongside clinical experience, I’ve invested in advanced self-study and training in areas such as somatic awareness, Gottman Method theory, and trauma-informed approaches, strengthening my integrative style as a therapist. This period has been marked by growth, supervision, and an evolving ability to meet clients with both evidence-based tools and intuitive presence.

Graduated with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University. This milestone represents not only academic achievement but also the culmination of intensive clinical training, supervision, and the development of a specialty in supporting high-functioning couples and individuals navigating trauma and intimacy challenges. It positions me to step fully into the next phase of practice with the competence, compassion, and authority needed to serve at a high level.
