Coaching

Online Coaching for Individuals & Couples
Coaching is for people who are ready for something to change, but aren’t quite sure how to make it happen.

You may know something needs to change in your life or relationships, but you may not know where to start. Coaching gives you a private space to slow down, talk things through, and move forward with more clarity.

Together, we can work on things like communication, boundaries, self-trust, relationship patterns, life changes, and next steps.

Coaching is not therapy. It gives us space to work on patterns, goals, relationships, and next steps - but it does not include diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or clinical mental health care.

Coaching Can Help You Navigate:
Choose Your Coaching Path
Individual Coaching
Calm Within
For overthinking, reassurance-seeking, and anxious habits.
For the person who can turn one uncomfortable thought, feeling, or decision into hours of analyzing, checking, researching, or asking other people what they think.

This path helps you identify what keeps your spiral going, practice interrupting the habits that feed it, and build practical ways to move forward without needing complete certainty first.

Best for: overthinking, reassurance-seeking, second-guessing, avoidance, decision paralysis, and anxious habits.

Take the Wheel
For imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and showing up before you feel ready.

For the person who keeps questioning whether they’re qualified, capable, or ready enough to take the next step.

This path helps you recognize how imposter syndrome shows up, interrupt the habits that feed it, and move forward without waiting for confidence.

Best for: imposter syndrome, over-preparing, comparison, perfectionism, avoidance, and self-doubt.

Boundaries That Hold
For setting boundaries without immediately second-guessing them.

For the person who knows they need stronger boundaries but struggles with what to say, guilt afterward, other people’s reactions, or the urge to walk the boundary back.

This path helps you clarify what you actually need, communicate it clearly, prepare for difficult conversations, and practice holding your ground when discomfort shows up.

Best for: people-pleasing, difficult conversations, saying no, family dynamics, relationship boundaries, guilt, and assertive communication.

Your Next Chapter
For navigating change with more intention.

For the person entering a new season of life and thinking, Okay… what do I actually want this next chapter to look like?

This path helps you clarify what matters now, decide what you want to bring forward or leave behind, and turn that clarity into intentions, goals, and concrete next steps.

Best for: relocation, career changes, breakups, marriage, travel, milestone birthdays, identity shifts, new beginnings, and life transitions.
Psychedelic Integration
For individuals/couples who want support preparing for a psychedelic experience or making sense of one afterward.

For the person who came away with insights, questions, emotions, or a different perspective on themselves or their life - and wants intentional space to explore it.
This path helps you reflect on what emerged, identify what feels meaningful, and translate insights into grounded intentions, practices, or changes in everyday life.

Best for: meaning-making, reflection, values, intentions, behavior change, spiritual questions, and post-experience integration.

Couples Coaching

The Relationship Reset
For couples who want to feel like a couple again.

For partners who love each other but have gotten lost somewhere between work, responsibilities, routines, stress, and everyday life.

This path uses guided conversations, exercises, and reconnection rituals to help you become more intentional about attention, affection, curiosity, intimacy, and time together.

Best for: emotional distance, loss of connection, busy seasons, affection, intimacy, quality time, appreciation, and intentional partnership.
The Next Chapter
For couples who want to intentionally build their relationship and invest in the future they're creating together.

Why Coaching With Me
My background in clinical
mental health counseling shapes the way I coach. I listen for patterns, ask deeper questions, and help clients slow down enough to notice what is happening beneath the
surface.

Coaching with me blends reflection, practical tools, communication skills, body/mind integration, nervous system awareness, and intentional next steps.

Coaching vs. Therapy
Coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment. Coaching is non-clinical, educational, reflective, and goal-oriented. It does not include diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis support, clinical documentation, or clinical care.

Therapy is clinical mental health care. It may include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical interventions, crisis support, and treatment for mental health symptoms or disorders.

Coaching is for growth, clarity, communication, patterns, and next steps. Therapy is for clinical mental health care. If therapy or a higher level of care appears to be a better fit, appropriate referrals may be recommended.

Coaching and therapy are offered separately. To protect the work, once we begin as coach and client, I cannot also serve as your therapist, and vice versa.

You Do Not Need to Know Exactly Where to Begin
You do not need to arrive with the perfect words, a clear plan, or complete certainty about what needs to change.

Sometimes the first step is simply noticing that something no longer feels aligned and giving yourself permission to become curious about it.

That is what the consultation is for.

Together, we can slow things down, talk through what you are carrying, explore what you are hoping for, and determine whether coaching feels like the right fit and which path may best support where you are right now.

You do not have to have it all figured out before reaching out.

Confidentiality & Privacy
Although coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment, I treat your privacy with the same level of care, discretion, and respect that I bring to my clinical work.

What you share in coaching will be held confidentially and will not be shared without your written permission, except in limited circumstances where disclosure may be required by law or necessary to protect safety.

Coaching records are kept separately from therapy records. Coaching notes are not clinical records and do not include diagnosis, treatment planning, or insurance documentation.
